My wife's day starts crappy every day. See the first thing on her plate is to wander around the yard looking for a stray dog poop that she may have missed earlier or was left in the dead of night. With all the training going on, you need a clean yard.

Well this morning, I woke up to what I can only call a smell from the bowels of the earth. Our poor old dog Jazz had the huge loose bowel movements last night, and the wife had been dragging "soiled" crates outside, and had no choice but to put Jazz in clean crates.

This morning, I started by helping out with this little chore. Not for the faint of heart let me tell you. Jazz is now resting, and only getting water and pepto today. Also......a huge bubble bath.

This seems like a normal thing, no temperature and Jazz is fine otherwise. So the normal protocol for this (in this house, and please always check with your vet) is no food for 24 hours, unlimited water perhaps with pedialite in it, and peto bismal. After 24 hours, and depending on whether she has managed a solid poop, then it's boiled rice and cooked hamburg.

Course, don't forget the cuddles and kisses!!!!
