Natural passive-aggressive positioning to establish dominance... in play? Hopefully. Not sure what's next if dogs are near equals???

Susan-not sure what you mean-what do you see in the pic that says passive? Do you mean the dog is using play to establish dominance? That is what happens in nearly all play scenarios.
