Brewster 1998-5/14/2007

There is sorrow enough in the natural way
From men and women to fill our day;
And when we are certain of sorrow in store,
Why do we always arrange for more?
Brothers and Sisters, I bid you beware
Of giving your heart to a dog to tear.

Nancy, thank you for your gifts of sharing your story of Brewster along the way. It's obvious how much you care about all of your four footed friends and that they take a special place in your heart - alongside your precious two footed family and friends. I'm so sorry for the loss and thank you for sharing his life with us.

Nancy,
I was so sad to see your blog's headline this morning. I've unfortunately gone through it twice; once with a 14 year old Golden Retriever and once with a 7 year old Greyhound. It breaks my heart as I'm sure it does yours. Thinking of you, your kids, Charlee, Finn and of course Brewster... take care.

Nancy,
You and your family will be in my thoughts at this sad time. I'm so sorry about Brewster... I was just thinking about him this morning and wondering how he was getting on.

Nancy,
I was so sorry to read about Brewster this evening - the only consolation is that he is no longer in any pain. He's playing in the Rainbow Fields all strong and healthy again.
